Required Qualifications:

• IAM Level I or IAT Level I certification
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (state exam)
• Microsoft Associate or Expert Certification (state certification)
• Experience managing service transition in cross-functional environment

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract service transition improvements experience
• ITIL Expert Level Certification (state exam)
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level Certification (state exam)
• Relevant educational degree
