Required Qualifications:

• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• Experience managing/developing new SLAs and SLOs per RFQ
• Experience engaging customers for requirements & satisfaction
• Experience applying human/user-centered design

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract SLA/SLO management
• ITIL Expert Level Certification (state exam)
• Experience implementing/monitoring user-centered metrics
• Experience with multidimensional customer-facing metrics
• Relevant educational degree
