**Contingent on Contract Award for a Federal National Security Agency**

Required Qualifications:

• IAM Level I or IAT Level I certification
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• Experience managing desk-side break-fix/service request support at program level per RFQ
• Experience maintaining desk-side SLAs across large geographic areas

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract DSS experience
• Process improvement, streamlining service areas
• Data analytics use for improvement strategy
• Microsoft Associate or Expert Certification (state certification)
• Relevant educational degree
