Required Qualifications:

• PMP or PgMP (active, maintain certification)
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• IAM Level I or IAT Level I certification
• Experience managing IT services/continual improvements as DPM or service line manager
• Experience as program-level change agent using KPIs

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract DPM experience delivering IT services and continual improvements
• Management/supervision of 50–200 staff across multiple skills
• Experience on hybrid FFP and T&M basis
• Relevant educational degree
