• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• Microsoft Associate or Expert Certification (state certification)

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract I&P management experience
• ITIL Expert Level Certification (state exam)
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
• Relevant educational degree
