Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing high-volume service desk/contact center (>50 resources peak)
• Experience streamlining service desk processes and interaction with incident/request management
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract service desk experience (>50/day)
• Experience introducing new contact intake methods, baselining improvements
• HDI Certification (state exam)
• Relevant educational degree
