Required Qualifications:

• IAM Level I or IAT Level I certification
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• Experience managing IT service ops delivery in cross-functional environment

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract service operation improvement experience
• ITIL Expert Level Certification (state exam)
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• Relevant educational degree
