Required Qualifications:

• PMP or PgMP (active, maintain certification)
• IAM Level I or IAT Level I certification
• ITIL Intermediate Level Certification (state exam)
• Experience managing/delivering IT services cross-functionally
• Responsibility for long, complex IT projects with reporting to senior/C-level staff

Preferred:

• Federal TO/contract service improvements experience
• Experience developing long-range IT service delivery plans
• Experience reducing cost of operations
• Agile/DevOps project mgmt
• ITIL Expert Level Certification (state exam)
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• Experience creating/updating services w/ Human/User-centered design
• Relevant educational degree
